Customers fill out the Request a Quote form and tell us about their event, including the guest count, location, timing, and any accessibility needs.
We review the information and send Rate Sheets with details about the recommended trailer setup for the event. Then, follow up by email for clarification and questions.
Before event day, we coordinate with the property owner, venue, planner, or event coordinator to help confirm important setup details including:
placement area
trailer access
timing and delivery logistics
power and water setup
guest flow considerations
This helps ensure everything is planned ahead of time so there are no surprises during the event.
To be hands free for the customer, we deliver and setup the day of or 1 to 2 days before the event. We arrive 1 to 2 hrs before the event to turn on all systems. If necessary, we give clear instructions if the customer will aid in turning on or off the systems.

During the event rental period, the trailer may be periodically checked to help ensure everything is functioning properly and remains maintained throughout the event.
If any issues arise, customers can call or use chat box on website and we will respond to address the issue.
Once the event is complete, we return to pick up the trailer, the day after your event, excluding Sundays. Sameday pickup is available.
